These are the questions we get asked on job walks, answered properly. Most of what circulates about building maintenance online is either vendor marketing or a statistic nobody can trace. What follows is drawn from insurance policy forms, Arizona statute, National Park Service preservation briefs and federal facilities research — with the sources listed on every page so you can check them.
