What we take on
Remodel and repair work to existing homes and buildings, residential or commercial:
- Room updates and refreshes — the work that makes an existing space feel finished again rather than rebuilt from scratch.
- Replacements and repairs — doors, trim, framing, siding, drywall and the surfaces around them.
- Commercial refresh and build-out updates — offices, shops and retail spaces, scheduled around your operation.
- Rental and tenant improvements — unit updates and make-readies for landlords and property managers.
- Drywall, texture and paint as part of the job — the finish trades that decide whether a remodel reads as professional are the ones we do ourselves.
- Cabinets and millwork — repaired, refinished or installed new, including the built-ins and casework a space actually gets used through.
- Windows and doors — replaced or repaired, with the framing, trim and finish work around them done at the same time.
- Tile repair — cracked, loose or missing tile made good, on floors and walls.
- Metal and wood framing — the structure behind the finish, where a wall moves or an opening changes.
- Demo and cleanup — careful tear-out at the start and a clean site at the end, both part of the job rather than your problem.
How a remodel runs
Same sequence every time, so you always know what day you are on:
- We walk it togetherYou show us what you want, we look at what is actually there, and we tell you straight what is involved. Anything behind a wall that changes the plan is better raised now.
- You get a written scope and quoteIn plain language, so what is included and what is not is on paper before anyone starts.
- Protect and demoFloors and adjacent rooms covered first, then tear-out done carefully rather than fast. Careful demo is what keeps the repair list from growing.
- BuildThe structural and carpentry work. Where a project involves electrical, plumbing or HVAC, those portions are performed by appropriately licensed trade contractors, coordinated so they land in the right order.
- FinishDrywall, texture matched to the rest of the house, caulking, trim and paint. This is the stage everyone actually sees, and it is our own trade.
- Final walk and cleanWe go through it with you and clean up after ourselves before we leave.
