The fastest-growing town in the quad-cities

Prescott Valley has grown 12.2% since 2020 to an estimated 52,423 residents (U.S. Census Bureau, V2025) — it's now the largest of the quad-cities. That's a lot of newer homes, and newer homes have their own wall problems.

Newer homes settle too

The first years of a new build are when drywall shows it: hairline cracks over doorways, nail pops, corner bead lines, builder-grade paint wearing thin on the hallway everyone touches. Patched, textured to match, and repainted properly — once — it's done.

Rental turns, handled

Between tenants, paint and drywall are most of the make-ready list — and we're both, in one pass, under a commercially-licensed contractor. Property managers and landlords welcome.

Commercial spaces

Offices, shops and common areas across Prescott Valley — the commercial half of our CR-61 license covers them, with one owner-operator accountable for the work.

Common questions

What are nail pops, and are they serious?
Small round bumps or crescent cracks where a drywall fastener has backed out as framing lumber dries and settles — very common in newer construction. Structurally minor, cosmetically annoying, and easy to fix properly: reset the fastener, patch, texture to match, paint. Painting over them without the repair just brings them back.
Why is my newer home cracking at the corners of doors and windows?
Settling. Framing dries and moves the most in a home's first few years, and drywall telegraphs it at the weakest points — door and window corners. A proper repair addresses the joint, not just the paint over it.
Do you work with property managers?
Yes — rental turns, tenant repairs and standing maintenance are exactly what the commercial side of our license is for. One contractor, licensed, insured, accountable.
